  • Digital Platforms Administrator

    Location: UK Remote
    Contract Type: Permanent
    Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Flexible)
    Salary: £35,000 per annum

    We're looking for a Digital Platforms Administrator to join our Technology & Digital team and help ensure the smooth running of the digital platforms that support our programmes, colleagues and partners.

    About the Role

    As Digital Platforms Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration and support of Etio's key digital platforms.

    These currently include:

    • Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online CPD platforms
    • Monday.com CRM
    • Websites and digital publishing platforms
    • Qualtrics survey and evidence collection tools

    You'll help keep our systems running smoothly by managing user access, maintaining platform configurations, resolving issues and supporting colleagues across the business.

    Reporting to the Technology Solutions Lead, you'll work closely with programme teams, stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure our digital platforms remain effective, secure and user-friendly.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Platform Administration and Support

    • Administer and maintain a range of digital platforms across the organisation.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions and access requests.
    • Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to end users.
    • Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate.
    • Support testing, upgrades and platform enhancements.
    • Maintain accurate records of configurations, processes and platform changes.

    Learning Platforms

    • Configure and maintain learning pathways, course structures and user permissions.
    • Upload and manage digital learning content.
    • Support enrolments, access requests and platform queries.
    • Assist with testing and implementing new features.

    CRM Administration

    • Maintain CRM boards, workflows, templates and automations.
    • Support data quality and user administration.
    • Help colleagues maximise the value of the platform through guidance and training.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and usability.

    Website and Content Management

    • Update and maintain web content across Etio's digital channels.
    • Publish news, resources, events and other content.
    • Ensure information remains accurate, current and accessible.
    • Support routine website administration and issue resolution.

    Survey and Data Collection Platforms

    • Build and maintain surveys and data collection tools.
    • Manage survey distribution and response monitoring.
    • Conduct basic data validation and quality checks.
    • Support evidence collection, evaluation and reporting activities.
    • Maintain survey templates and administration processes.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Identify opportunities to improve platforms, processes and user experience.
    • Contribute to platform enhancement projects.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues and suppliers to improve digital services.
    • Help ensure platforms remain effective, secure and aligned to organisational needs.

    What We're Looking For

    We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about delivering great user experiences through technology.

    Essential Skills and Experience

    • Experience administering digital platforms across at least two of the following:
      • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
      • CRM platforms
      • Content Management Systems (CMS)
      • Survey and data collection tools
    • Experience managing user accounts, permissions and access controls.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience supporting non-technical users.
    • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.

    Desirable Skills and Experience

    • Experience using Monday.com, Moodle, Totara, Qualtrics or similar platforms.
    • Experience within education, public sector, professional services or programme delivery environments.
    • Experience supporting reporting, monitoring or evaluation activities.
    • Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and content management best practice.
    • Relevant IT, systems administration or digital technology qualifications, or equivalent practical experience.
