    About Etio

At Etio, we design and deliver impactful education and skills programmes that improve lives and outcomes. Working across the education and public sectors, we partner with clients and delivery organisations to mobilise and deliver complex, high-value programmes at scale.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are building a trusted network of experienced Associate Project and Programme Managers to support the mobilisation and delivery of multi-stakeholder contracts across the UK.

    The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role at the most critical stages of programme delivery - from mobilisation through to early delivery. You’ll work at the heart of complex programmes, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum across multiple stakeholders, helping ensure new contracts are stood up effectively and delivered with confidence.

We’re particularly keen to hear from individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced, collaborative environments and thrive on solving complex delivery challenges.

    What You’ll Do

    • Leading mobilisation and early delivery of complex, multi‑stakeholder education contracts, coordinating multiple workstreams to meet key milestones
    • Designing project governance, documentation and tools that enable smooth mobilisation and delivery in line with Etio's Project Management Methodology and Mobilisation Framework
    • Establishing project foundations including timelines, delivery plan, roles, critical paths and controls
    • Managing budgets, forecasting, risks and issues
    • Building confidence, clarity and performance across project teams and partners
    • Engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure strong relationships and outcomes
    • Contributing to continuous improvement and organisational learning

    What You’ll Bring

    • A strong track record of delivering or mobilising complex projects or programmes in multi-stakeholder environments
    • Experience leading teams and multiple workstreams to deliver results
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and planning skills
    • Professional project management qualifications (Prince2, APM, or similar) or equivalent experience
    • The ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and drive results
    • Education sector and/or government services experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools
